How to politely ask co workers to tone down the perfume?

I am very smell sensitive and almost all my co-workers wear very strong perfume? What’s a polite way to ask them to tone it down?

that’s a tough one. i personally would go to work-pretend like im not feeling well-let one of your co-workers know(and of course they will ask why) and just say you think its because of all the perfumes and that you are smell sensitive and it sometimes bothers you….to where you get nausea & headaches from. it wouldnt be like you directly said it to offend anyone. if that doesnt work…honestly i know it can make you feel sick-so talk to your boss about it.
