where’s the site that shows me where perfume are rated by their toxicity??

I remember hearing that perfume companies do not have to inform the public of ingredients for the obvious reason of other companies duplicating their scents. But, I heard their was a site that ranked perfumes on their toxicity for tht public to be better informed… but i can’t find it!!
