How come I can’t get perfume fragrances to stay on my body?

I been having this problem for a while now, i just can’t get any perfume fragrances to stay on my body at all, i put the lotion on and the fragrances but after a while the smell go away. I really think i have a poor body chemistry but i take good care of my body and i shower every day.

the only perfume that really stay on my body was “White Diamonds” by Elizabeth taylor but that’s a old lady perfume and im nothing but 22 years old.

Is that Ed Hardy perfume really good

it may be because you have dry skin. heres a few tips

1. when you get out of shower, dont rub self dry, just pat off the waters beads and then apply lotion while skin is still somewhat wet, it will lock in the moisture.
2. remember, if your body is moisturized, any scent will last a lot longer.

what kind of perfume are you using?? here are some different types

*parfum- strongest, richest, most expensive. it lasts longest.
*Eau de toilette or Cologne-diluted, lighter, contains more water.
*splash, mist, or water-lightest concentration.
*Essential Oil-pure elements of scents that you can buy at health food stores.

also, the scented lotions never last long lol. they are the 2nd lightest way to wear a scent, besides using a body wash.
