Yves Rocher (www.yvesrocher.com) does not test on animals, but as someone else said, it is almost impossible to find products that are 100% not tested on animals since many of the ingredients are tested somewhere along the way by various suppliers.

PETA has a safe consumer list on their website that lists which manufacturers do and don’t test on animals. Good luck and stick at it!
