whats a good replacement for perfume?

well, i was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on replacing perfume with something lighter. i play soccer, and i dont want to have a thick scent when i’m playing because it makes me feel gross, plus it gives me headaches with or without soccer. so is there anything else?

i meant that the perfume gives me headaches even when im not playing soccer
you could get a deoderent that smells good,
or shampoo,
and some body mists can be very light if you spray only a little
