How i will sell my Adds concept and to whom?

i have concepts of add which i think can be a better concept from the current one but i don’t have relation to media or advetisement indusry .i am b com graduate and working in bpo, i have few concept for eveready battery,frooti mango drink,bournvita,wild stone deo and perfume,for titan watch abd and many more but i dont no from where to start.
