Cacharel is the Paris based fashion house. A French designer Jean Bousquet established the company back in 1964. Mr. Bousquet was the son of a sewing machine trader. His passion and expertise earned him the reputation of being one of the best fashion designers ever born in Paris. The brand Cacharel has always been characteristic of femininity, refinement, lightness, and youthful style. In its initial designs, the fashion house made many discount perfume by use of bright colors to accentuate wearer’s physical beauty and natural features.

This was a very popular cheap fragrance in the 80s and continues to be a favorite among men and women. It has a woody aromatic composition. The top notes of it are bergamot, sage, nutmeg, and lavender with middle notes of ylang-ylang, lotus, geranium, and carnation. It has a warm base of amber, cedar, vetiver, and fir. This was not the only brand introduced by the house in 80s; another top selling perfume was LouLou. It is a bold, powerful, distinguishing, and timeless fragrance. LouLou is a kind of perfume, which you either love or hate, but definitely cannot ignore. It is impossible to resist this fragrance. The top notes are composed of violet, plum, black currant, marigold, and anis. The heart notes are Tiara flower, tuberose, ylang-ylang, and orange blossom with base notes of Tonka bean, orris, vanilla, and balsam.
