damaged wii game?

my sister took our wii console for awhile and put it in her room. my gutiar hero 3 was in it so when she went to play a different game she left that one out with the bottom up. when i went to play it it wouldnt read so i looked at the disc and had all these small dots and i only can think they can be from perfume and hairspray falling on it. i have tried lens cleaner, windex, water, cd repair kit and nothing will take it off…any help??

Try some rubbing alcohol and a very soft cloth (like a microfiber cloth), and always rub from the center of the disc outward.
