about perfume: the story of a murderer

maybe something about france in 18th century or about a coleccionist or …about someone trying to get an identity

i haven’t seen the movie, but i did read the book many years ago. i’ve heard the movie compared to ‘frankenstein’ but they must be talking about a truer version than what most frankenstein movies are like
