Best fragrance for young women?

Which perfume would you recommend for a 22 year old? It is a birthday present. So far, I’ve thought about getting either Juicy Couture or Vera Wang Princess. Any reviews of these two would be welcome. Or please feel free to give your own recommendation. I am looking for something under $100. Preferably less than $70, but if you think its absolutely worth it, I can stretch to a $100 (excluding taxes!).
