Someone is selling perfume on eBay as a ‘brand new tester’, what’s the difference?

in ‘tester’ bottles compared with regular bottles?

Tester bottles are usually sent to manufacturers/stores to set on their counter for customers to spray and test the fragrance to see if they like them.
These “testers” are ones intended for that use but are being sold on ebay instead. They are great quality, just usually cheaper.
