In the subject of perfumery, how does one become a “Nose” or “Supernose”?

I went to this perfume factory in Paris that had a museum on the history of perfume. The lady there told us that the people who recognize certain smells (and are highly paid) are called noses and that a person who can identify over 2000 different smells is a “Supernose”. I think I can identify many smells, so how would I become a “Nose”?
