How to make cheap cotton candy?

Ok so my friend told me that I can use cotton balls and my cotton candy scented perfume and mix it together.

Would it taste like cotton candy? I think i would die from it if i ate it. has anyone tried it? thanks for the help!

Actual cotton candy ingredients: Sugar, and flavoring.

Cotton candy machines heat and melt the sugar with (whatever color and flavoring) and spins it in a fan like motion producing fine strands of sugar (which hardens to the familiar cotton ball texture)

Rock candy is also just sugar that has been melted and molded into rock like forms.

Cotton balls and perfume are not in any FOOD recipe.
The perfume would taste bitter I bet, and the cotton balls would not melt on your tongue like sugar strands.
