How should i tell my child provider she has too much perfume on?

I love the daycare centre that my kids go to and just recently my youngest daughter (3 months old) has been coming home smelling very strongly of perfume. It is all over her clothes and hair ans it just makes my eyes burn to hold her until i have given her a bath so I can not even imagine what it smells like to her. I want to respectfully tell them to cut back but not quite sure how to word it so any advice would be great!

You could simply tell the care giver, that your child is sensitive to strong smells due to allergies. If a good care provider,they should understand.
