What do guys generally find attractive in a girl?

I really want to impress my boyfriend because we have been fighting lately, and when I see him again I want to look my best. I am 15 , 5’7” i would describe myself as a medium weight and all that, I am not really trying to find a body type that guys enjoy, more of a , what should i wear, perfume, how should i do my hair kind of thing. My boyfriend is 17, and the kind of guy who appreciates little things. What do you think ?
