Is there a way to spend a week picking flowers for perfumeries in Grasse?

I read a book in which a character owned her own plantation and the locals picked flowers, it seems stress relieving. Is it possible?
I live in Belgium and I’ve traveled quite a lot but for some reason I’ve really wanted to spend a week or a weekend in Grasse picking the flowers that end up in the perfumes. I was just curious if there was a local owner who allowed you to give it a go

While this may sound like fun and stress relief, it is a great way to get behind on work. Maybe spend an afternoon picking flowers.
