What do you do if you have underarm problem?

I have recently found out that I have a severe case of underarm problem which has been inherited from my great-grandfather who was a Indian. I have been told tht 50% of my family members have this problem, but it can be corrected. I have used woman deodrant, and it does not work, and I have tried men deodrant which is a lot stronger but does work. During the summer time my sweat glands work overtime bringing off a foul odor . so what I do is take 2 baths a day, and use a light fragrance of perfume under my arm which was told by one of my family member(Aunt told me)! and when I do sweat the odor gives off the fragrance scent. I have lately been visit the African-Emporium shop where they sell geniune african fragrances, and clothing, as well as jewlrey. The fragrance that I purchase is very poiet. Could you please give me other suggestions. Only serious inquires?

that deoderant mitchum is good [too good for me] i use to have a sweating problem when i was younger and when i used mitchum i didnt sweat or smell at all HONESTLY i found it completely weird but it was extremely hard to wash off it left my armpits dry but i would recommend it [good luck]
