Any1 know the title of the 80’s film about a little girl in a prostitute house?

Need a help for any1 who might know, in 1980’s, I ever saw a movie about some cowboys/rebellions that attack a bar (or a prostitute house) in a small town. Then one of them, a young man, meets a little girl in that place (the daughter of a whore).
During the film, the girl tells the story to him about her life in the prostitute house. She tells him that her Mom taught her how to dress, and she should drink water with perfume to make her body fragrance, to attract the men.
One of the scenes, the girl walks through the railway-track while she’s telling her story, and the young man keeps follow her listening all her life-story.
I forgot about the ending, maybe the young man left her to continue his business, but he never forget her.
