Discontinued Makeup?

Does anyone know of a good place than eBay (which I tested) that sells discontinued makeup. Whether online or through a catalog. I know it used to be a catalog in the mail I have for years, but I can not remember her name. It was actually a catalog Discount Beauty sells discontinued and makeup and perfumes, the cover said something to the effect of up to 90% discount.
