Do I break up or take a break..?

I’m tough love and I’ve been with this guy for 5 months he’s such a gentle man he’s charming ,sweet to every one ,very helpful even if u don’t ask for it he listens and obeys, he’s always getting me stuffs like flowers, gold and diamonds, pretty clothes, perfume.

He’s crazy in love with me but I don’t love him I actually hate getting intimate and try to avoid it ! I get ticked off so easily for no good reason and fight I don’t want to break his heart. another thing is that he never gives me a chance to miss him he’s always calling and texting ..!
i did try to break it off many times but he insists on trying harder and claims not every one is perfect!!

ALOT and yea ok just imagine yourself without him for a minute.. and imagine yourself with a more careless guy who only calls you 3 times a week.. yea then you will know what you have at hand… and yea take a break cause you have like the best guy! too bad you don;t love hime
