What brand of perfume should I get my girlfriend?

My wife likes the scent, but I have no idea when it comes to that. His birthday is coming and I would give her something special. I know she has mentioned Christian Dior. Can I get here in Canada for a reasonable cost? If not, is there another brand like so good out there? Asking on here, so do not feel too dumb at the store and at least think I know what I'm talking about.
