what is the difference between eau de toilette and parfum spray?

i want Tendre Poison which isnt sold in stores locally.Im considering buying online but I dont want fake stuff.There are several options..the EDT spray, parfum, a perfumed body mist.what is best?

It goes like this:

(percentage is the approximate concentration of perfume oil/extracts versus fillers such as alcohol/ethanol/coconut oil/water/whatever)

Perfume/Parfum ( around 20%)
Eau de Parfum (~15%)
Eau de Toilette (~10%)
Eau de Cologne (~5%)

So basically, perfume is the strongest smelling and most expensive.
